Recurring Upkeep is intended to maintain a home that has already received Initial Deep Cleaning. It includes routine kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, living-area and floor maintenance within the scheduled three-hour service period.
Recurring pricing applies when appointments remain on the selected schedule. Homes requiring deep cleaning, extensive organization or additional labor may need an upgraded service or additional time,

Our STAY Fresh Recurring Care Service is $150 per visit— not $150 for unlimited cleaning.
Client must complete our START Fresh Initial Deep Cleaning before STAY Fresh pricing begins. If recurring service is paused for an extended period or the property’s condition changes significantly, another deep cleaning may be required.
